Returns & Exchanges

At GRiZ Merch Universe, we want you to vibe with your gear, but if something isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to maintain eligibility for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear makes it back to the mothership safely.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our crew inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
